1st Trip on an Airplane

So the big day was here! I was going on an airplane ride to Los Angeles to see my grandparents and other family members. It was so exciting. My parents actually woke me up at 3:30 in the morning so we could catch our flight at 6:00am. I was so excited that I was awake in the car all the way to the airport and all the way through the security screening. I kept wondering what it would be like to go that fast!

And here is what I did throughout the entire flight! I SLEPT! I missed the whole thing. What a bummer! I was so excited that I wasted all my energy getting to the airport and didn't save enough to be up for the flight itself. I heard my parents say that they were glad because if I was sleeping that meant I couldn't be crying!
