Technical Difficulties
Mom has lots of new holiday stuff to "blog" about but the camera has gone missing. It is somewhere between my house and Michael and Marleys' house. We will have lots of new things to put up once we find it!

10 months old
So let me tell you a little bit about how I am doing now that I am 10 months old. I am now 20 lbs (yeah- no more spitting up either!) and I like to eat my fruits and vegetables and my "puffs." I can crawl, cruise and clap. I am almost walking (only to Mommy and Daddy if they are close by) and I love to sing and be sung too! I can wave and say "bye", play peek-a-boo and shake my head like I am saying "yes" and "no." I can show mommy how big I am by raising my hands over my head but my dad thinks I am saying, "touchdown!" Of course I can say "ma ma ma ma ma," and "da da da da da." Oh, and did I mention....
...I love my monkey stuffed animal. I give him kisses, laugh and cuddle with him all of the time.
...And....
....I can make funny faces. My daddy taught me this one but I have many. Mommy is just not quick enough to catch them all on camera.

Naughty or Nice?
My parents' kitchen cabinets have become my new favorite things to play with. They keep such neat things on the inside!
That one that I am reaching for makes really cool noises when I bang on it with my hands or toys or anything else that is just laying around.
I think I've been pretty good this year. I can't wait to see what Santa will bring me!
I don't know how he keeps on this hat all the time. It is so annoying. My dad had to hold my hands because I just wanted to rip it off my head!

Football Sunday
I am starting to get it! Big people just want me to do what they are doing! When I copy them they tell me how cute I am and what a good job I am doing. You'll see in this video I am starting to walk like them, tell people "no," and dance like Daddy.

My Friends and Family in California
I always love going to California because I get to see all of my friends and family. My parents tell me that I might have been born in Arizona but I have California blood running through my veins.
Me and my favorite cousin, Malia. We had a blast together. I can't wait until I can walk and then I can chase after her.
Grandma Moss thought that my hat was so cute she put it on me the whole weekend.
Me and Mommy and Great Uncle Pat.
Me and Cousin Rachel
Me and Mommy and Blake who is 11 months old and is already walking! Gotta catch him! (Laura and Gabriel are his parents).
Me and Danny, 6 months (JJ and Dan are his parents).
Me, Mommy and Daddy at LAX leaving for Arizona again.

Happy Thanksgiving!
We flew back to Cali for Thanksgiving. I am getting better at staying awake for the flight. There is so many neat things to check out on the plane like the latch for the tray table, the lady's hair who was sitting in front of us and the window. I like looking out the window the best. Even when there is nothing to look at I just rub my head on the window because I like the way the cool and smooth plastic feels on my forehead.
Don't Daddy and I look cool in our matching hats? I dare you to try and decide which one of us is more handsome!
Grandpa Gordon, Umi and Auntie Maiya made a delicious Thanksgiving day feast. There was food everywhere. Uncle D let me try his cranberry sauce but it was way too tart for me. I also got a chance to hang out with the Washingtons and the Dotsons. I had a great time but I needed an extra long nap the next day becuase I was so excited about seeing everyone.
If Grandpa Moss thinks that the stuff in that jar tastes that great maybe he should eat it! I wanted what Umi made but they keep telling me I am too young. Maybe next Thanksgiving!

I'm Coming at you
I'm still perfecting my crawl, I just can't seem to lift my belly off the ground. What do you think?

My New Talent
Daddy says Prince doesn't have anything on me. What do you think? Not quite saying words yet but I think I am hitting those high notes...
All I Got Was a Balloon
My parents wanted to go out to dinner on Saturday and all they would give me was a balloon. They both had really good smelling food and they wouldn't share with me. All I had was some milk and pureed apples for dinner. But that is okay. I got a balloon. Daddy tied the balloon to my wrist and it kept me distracted while they ate. My balloon lasted longer than their dinner~ I was still enjoying it the next morning!

Halloween Part Deaux
I went to sleep so early I didn't even get a chance to see my friend, Mac. So on Sunday, when our daddies get together to watch football, we got dressed up again!
We also got dressed up again so Daddy could see me in my costume. Are you seeing a trend with my pictures? My hand is back in my mouth again all the time because I am getting those teeth. Right now I have my front two bottom teeth, and man, do they make my mouth feel funny.
Zoo
My parents took me to the zoo on Saturday to show me the animal I dressed up like the night before. I don't know do you see the resemblance?
He came really close to us and I got to see his very long tongue.
After the zoo we went to see JJ, Dan and Danny who were visiting the Starr family. I liked playing with Danny. He liked to scream just like me!
Halloween
I liked my giraffe costume. It had a tail that I liked playing with and the hood kept me nice and warm (even though it was 85 degrees at 6:30). I really enjoyed the way people smiled and laughed when they saw me.
Mommy and I stayed at home to pass out candy and Daddy had to work. I guess this holiday will be better when I can actually eat some candy.
I saw two trick-or-treaters before I got really tired and had to go inside to go to bed. All in all I would have to rate this as one of the silliest days in my 8 month life so far!

My dad has me on this new routine to get me walking as soon as possible. Everyday I have to do 20 laps around my new toy. My mom thinks he's being too hard on my, but I don't think he is. I really want to walk and if this is what it's going to take, then I'm all in. My goal is to walk off the plane when we land in L.A. for Thanksgiving. Wish me luck!

Can't Sit Still
I just can't seem to sit still long enough for Mommy to get a good picture of me these days. I am on the move and I want to see what everything is and how everything works. The camera happens to be one of the things that I love to investigate the most! At least you can see how curly my hair has gotten!
This shirt says, "So Cute It's Scary" but you can't see it because I was too busy to sit still!
This little ring is my favorite thing to chew on this week, you want to know why? I finally got my first tooth. For the most part it has not been that painful but every once in a while I bite down on something and I forget it is there and it hurts!
I get so excited when I stand up but then I get frustrated when Mommy and Daddy won't let me touch the thing that I stood up to see!

Cruisin' at 8 Months Old
So ever since our trip to LA (when I figured out how to pull myself up to stand) I've been practicing walking a lot. I've been having fun cruising around on the furniture. I spend hours going round and round in circles around the coffee table. I have fun taking things off the table and dropping them on the floor. I haven't quite figured out how to pick up the small stuff yet and the corners are kind of tricky but I am having lots of fun. I don't even want to crawl around anymore. I just want to get better at walking so I don't have to hold on to anything anymore.
Daddy thinks that if we wear Raiders gear it will bring them luck. So far it hasn't, and it didn't work very well for the Dodgers either. Oh well, it was worth a try... better luck next time.

On the Road Again!
I was finally able to stay awake long enough to look out the window of the plane when it was moving. It was so neat! I couldn't take my eyes off of the clouds and the scenery down below. It was spectacular.
When I got to L.A. I spent some time with Uncle D. We always have so much fun together. I liked getting to ride on his shoulders.
This is my aunt Tee-Tee. She told me that I was getting so big and that my hair had grown a lot since the last time she saw me. She liked the curls on top of my head!
Cousin Malia... She is my buddy. She likes to play with me. She helped Mommy and Daddy feed me and change my dirty diapers, even the smelly ones! She still moves a lot faster than me, and it was a good thing too because if she slowed down just a little bit, I would have put one of her braids in my mouth!
I've been doing a lot of moving around lately and Grandma Moss figured out a way to slow me down. I don't like the way grass feels on my feet (it's too pokey!) so I wouldn't move off the blanket.
I can't even relax in my bath. I had to show Mommy how I could stand up!
Now I am in my jammies with the pumpkin on my backside.
My family thinks that they are so smart but I'll show them. After I took my bath, Mommy put lotion on me and dried me off and wiped my nose. I like to try and eat every one of those things so she tried to put them up on the chair after she was done. She didn't know that I was going to show her one of my new tricks.
They think I am not strong enough to actually pull myself up on that chair....
I showed them! Can't hide anything from me anymore!! I will find a way to get it!

My First Pro-Sporting Event
Uncle Mike got us tickets to the Phoenix Coyote pre-season hockey game last night. I got to see A LOT of new and different things. I was mesmerized by the water fountains outside of the arena. I couldn't even be bothered with turning around to look at Mommy while she took this picture. And that was just outside of the arena....
Daddy tried his best to get me to look at him too but why would I want to look at him when I have so many other interesting things to look at?
I couldn't figure out why Mommy and Daddy were putting so many clothes on me but once we got inside I am glad they did. It was chilly in there. There was lots of flashing lights, people, and loud noises. It was so exciting!
Uncle Mike and Auntie Laura-Ann said that they I could go with them anytime. Everybody told me how cute I was and how well behaved I was.
All of the sights and sounds kept me up for a while but eventually my eyes just wouldn't stay open anymore.

Fussy Wussy No More!
I haven't been feeling very well this week. I've had a runny nose and a cough that has been keeping me (and Mommy) awake at night. She taught me a new word, "fussy." I did cry a lot and it just felt so good when her and Daddy held me that I didn't want them to put me down. They had me laughing by today though. I love getting tickled!

I'm so Funny
I've been working on figuring this one out for a while... put your lips together and push out all the air and it makes a funny noise. It has one bad side effect though, when I push out all the air my spit comes with it. I get messy doing it but I love it!

Guess who is 7 months old!
It was business as usual at our house tonight. I took a bath,
....got in my jammies and went to bed.
This weekend was new and different though. My dad called it "football Sunday" but I just called it fun. Michael and Marley came over and we all played together. We liked crawling on the floor, playing with all of my toys, and making lots of noise. I missed the water gun fight at the park but I heard it was a blast.
